SECTION .1200 ‑ ARSENIC TRIOXIDE

02 NCAC 09L .1201          RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND STORAGE

All pesticide formulations containing the active ingredient arsenic trioxide shall not be used or stored inside or adjacent to any building used as a human dwelling.
